Great location opposite the Clock Tower with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of flavourful options to choose from. The staff was phenomenal; they went out of their way to ensure my short trip was enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the hustle and bustle, perfectly located just steps away from the famous Clock Tower. the rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and the bathroom was comfortable. the staff was incredibly helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for us to enjoy. We also appreciated the free airport pickup and drop-off that came with the reservation.
The parking situation could have been better.

This hotel has an excellent location with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance, proving to be very convenient during my business trip. the rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the provision of toiletries and the complimentary Wi-Fi.
Although the rooms were spacious, the curtains were unable to block out the light, which made it difficult to sleep in. the approach to the hotel could get a little crowded, which was a downside.

The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient, close to the most important attractions. The breakfast was tasty and filled with local flavours, and the room was spacious and clean, with nice toiletries provided.
My New Year's stay at this hotel was not up to my expectations. The cleanliness of the immediate area surrounding the hotel was not good and made it hard to enjoy a walk outside. The entrance to the hotel was narrow, and parking was on the street, making it inconvenient for those who came with their cars.
